Enjoying an Origine tea
Making a good tea is above all about taking your time.Heat pure water, ideally soft, to the right temperature for your infusion (90 to 95°C for a black tea, 80°C for a green tea, 100°C for a caffeine-free infusion).
Pour the water over 2 g of leaves (about one level teaspoon) per cup, and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the intensity you like.
Strain, breathe… then savour, letting the aromas reveal all their richness.
